As a self-taught and highly motivated computer tech, I have been able to combine all of my past employment experiences to meet and succeed my customer’s expectations.  My experience, in both retail and the automotive industry, has shaped me into the person I am today with the strong belief that customer satisfaction should always be top priority.  My passion for technology has transformed, what was a simple hobby, into a lifelong career.  I’ve always enjoyed assisting my customers by resolving their issues no matter the complexity, so I decided to take my passion one step further by opening my own business in Brazoria County.  Thus, PC4urPC, “Personal Care for your personal computer,” was established!


With technology comes a wide range of problems, new and old, and if I do not know how to resolve your particular issue, then you can rest assured that I will utilize my wide range of knowledge and skills to find a solution.  My business is run with one simple principle:  customer satisfaction!  I want my customers to know that they will always receive the best possible experience that I have to offer, which is why I will never charge a diagnostic fee.  You will always have an upfront cost, which you will never pay for until completion.  During the repair process you will always have up-to-date information and should anything change you will be notified promptly prior to an additional work being performed.

Because I want to ensure my customers have the best experience possible, now and for any future issues that may arise, I utilize a few different systems to streamline the repair process.


I have my very own helpdesk system, something that many of the competitors may lack. With this system you will have access to your very own account to track your support requests, new and old. You will have access to all my helpful articles, some of which may even be able help you resolve your issue without contacting me such as removing a virus from your computer! This system allows my customers to enter basic information by entering a support ticket all without picking up the phone.  This method will be the easiest way to open up communication with PC4urPC.  These support tickets are an efficient  way for me to keep track of repairs as well as provide you with the most pertinent and up-to-date information. Unable to access the internet because of a pesky virus or your internet is down?  That’s not a problem; my helpdesk is accessible on mobile devices too or you can send an email with “Help” in the subject line to support@pc4urpc.com  My helpdesk will receive and convert your email into a support ticket.  Now how convenient is that?!


The next step would for me to diagnose your issue.  I make house calls for any issues that you just can’t bring to me such as internet issues, wireless issues, or if you really don’t want to mess with all those tangled wires and dust!  I also offer remote support which is the fastest and most convenient way for me to assist with your computer issues.  Provided you can access the internet, you can download and install my remote software, instructions can be found here. Finally, you can bring your computer to me!


The final step would be payment, but what do I accept you might ask? Once all repairs have been completed to the customer’s satisfaction, a receipt will be sent to the provided email.  You will have the option to pay directly, and securely, from said receipt.  This secured process is made possible by Squareup.  You can find out more about this extraordinary company here.  Don’t own a debit/credit card or just aren’t comfortable paying with this method?  That’s OK, I take cash and checks as well.
